You own the design. We forge and machine parts to your drawings, specifications or samples, and to the standards you specify (ISO or ASME tolerances; ASTM, DIN EN or GB materials).
You have a function, load case or prototype in mind. Our R&D team develops the design with you, optimizing forging process and material utilization for performance and cost.
Email a 2D drawing or 3D model (PDF, DWG, STEP), a specification or photos of a sample, with material, quantity and target lead time.
Our engineers check manufacturability (DFM), suggest material and process options, and run 3D forging simulation where needed.
You receive a quotation covering the forging, machining, heat treatment and finishing your part requires.
Forging dies are made and the first samples produced. First prototype piece within 30 days, with support for your functional testing.
Samples are checked by hardness testing and, as specified, fluorescent penetrant, X-ray, grain size or metallographic testing before you approve them.
Flexible MOQ: small-batch prototyping and mass production; production lines sized for 2,000–50,000 pieces per production order.
Anti-rust film and wooden crates protect parts in transit. Goods ship worldwide on FOB terms; we have exported since 1990.
