Forged Industrial Couplings and Safety Clamps

Aviaforge forges hose couplings and safety clamps for fire fighting, irrigation, petroleum, chemical and tank-truck hose lines, where the connection has to hold pressure and survive rough handling. The range covers two groups: couplings, which join hoses to each other and to hydrants, pumps and tanks, and safety clamps, which hold the hose firmly on the coupling shank.

Couplings include symmetrical Storz couplings in sizes Storz 25 (D) to Storz 150 (DIN 14301 to DIN 14313 series), fire-fighting couplings, EN 14420-6 tank truck couplings with dust caps and dust plugs in DN 50, 80 and 100, and EN 14420-5 / DIN 2817 threaded hose couplings from DN 15 to DN 100. Safety clamps to EN 14420-3 / DIN 2817 cover hoses from DN 15 to DN 200.

Aluminum parts are forged from EN AW-6082; brass parts are made of brass (CW614N for the safety clamps); stainless parts use stainless steel 316 or 1.4408 (CF8M) for corrosive media. Forging gives a dense part without the porosity of a casting, which matters for pressure-bearing hose fittings. Every part is made under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Which materials are available?

MOQ is flexible, from small-batch prototyping to production orders of 2,000 to 50,000 pieces. The first prototype piece is typically delivered within 30 days, and production orders typically ship in 5–7 weeks, on FOB terms.
