- Design review: DFM analysis and 3D forging simulation before tooling is made.
- Heat treatment: Uniform-temperature quenching + cryogenic treatment, hardness uniformity ≤ 2 HRC.
- Grain structure: Die and workpiece are held at the same temperature, improving grain uniformity by 30% — suited to high-strength aluminum alloys.
- Traceable standards: materials supplied to ASTM, DIN EN and GB specifications.
