More specification about Compressor WheelsAviaforge forges and CNC machines components for cars, motorcycles and bicycles: parts that carry high or cyclic loads and must stay light. The range is split into vehicle parts (connecting rods, brake calipers, turbocharger compressor wheels and scroll compressor components) and motor parts (motorcycle triple clamps and bicycle hubs).
Most of these parts are hot die forged from heat-treatable aluminum alloys, such as EN AW-6061, EN AW-6082, EN AW-7075 and 2A14 (equivalent to AA 2014), then T6 heat treated and CNC machined. Connecting rods are forged from carbon or alloy steel. Forging lets the grain flow follow the shape of the part, which improves fatigue resistance compared with casting or machining from bar.
Production runs on 7 servo-electric screw press forging lines, with presses up to 1,600 tons, an automated heat treatment line and a machining center. Parts are made to customer drawings under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and can be checked by X-ray, fluorescent penetrant, hardness, grain size and metallographic testing.
Connecting rods, brake calipers, turbocharger compressor wheels, scroll compressor components, motorcycle triple clamps and bicycle hubs, as well as custom parts made to your drawings.
Aluminum alloys EN AW-6061, EN AW-6082, EN AW-7075 and 2A14 (AA 2014), typically in T6 condition, and carbon or alloy steel for connecting rods.
MOQ is flexible, from small-batch prototyping to production orders of 2,000 to 50,000 pieces. The first prototype piece is typically delivered within 30 days, and production orders typically ship in 5–7 weeks, on FOB terms.
