Forged rings used in some kind of high-speed railway
More specification about RingEngineering machinery and rail vehicles use forged rings and other heavy-duty parts where a component carries high rotating or cyclic loads. Aviaforge supplies forged rings for high-speed railway applications.
Rings are made from carbon steel and alloy steel, such as C45 and 42CrMo4: hot forged, heat treated and CNC machined to the customer’s drawing. Forging closes internal voids and aligns the grain structure, which gives the toughness and fatigue strength these parts need.
Aviaforge also forges custom steel and aluminum parts for machinery to drawings or samples. Production runs on 7 servo-electric screw press forging lines with presses up to 1,600 tons, and parts can be checked by X-ray, fluorescent penetrant, hardness and metallographic testing under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Yes. Aviaforge forges custom parts to your drawings or samples, using hot forging, cold forging, precision die forging and isothermal forging.
MOQ is flexible, from small-batch prototyping to production orders of 2,000 to 50,000 pieces. The first prototype piece is typically delivered within 30 days, and production orders typically ship in 5–7 weeks, on FOB terms.
